2. About Warranty:
From shipping date, 6 months for battery, 3 months for atomizers.If product is defective, pls tell us within 3 days.
3. Delivery time:
Basically, Samples order: within 2 days,Bulk order: 5-10days,OEM order: 14-20days,ODM order: about 1 month
4. Shipment arrangement:
Usually we arrange shipment by DHL,UPS,TNT,Airfreight plus local delivery,sea freight etc.
5. OEM Project:

7. How to place an order:
1). Kindly tell us to know which item, quantity, flavors, etc. you want to order.
2). Proforma invoice (PI) will be sent to you accordingly.
3). Kindly check the PI. If everything is OK, we will delivery the goods ASAP after your payment.
4). The fastest and economic shipping way will be chosen to ship them to you.
5). Door to door service.
6). Check your package and make sure all of the goods can satisfy you.
8. After-sales service:
1)Kindly share with us your comments, we will proceed accordingly.
