Shenzhen Zinvan Technology Co., Ltd(License name: Shenzhen Zewang Technology Co., Ltd ) was founded in 2018, located in Shenzhen, China, we are specializing in developing, manufacturing, and exporting vape products.
Our brand "Tastefog" was created for E-liquid vape products like disposable vape pens.
We design and develop products based on our muscular strength of R&D with many professional engineers who have been working in the vaporization industry for many years.
The products of Tastefog are all self-developed with private molds, which are carefully crafted by engineers with very rich experience in electronic cigarette product development in our R&D department. Each product has undergone many tests and improvements to realize the best performance of the product.
We have a production workshop of more than 5,000 square meters and more than 15 automatic production lines. About 300 workers can produce 50,000 electronic cigarette products every day. All products are produced in strict accordance with the production process to ensure that the process of each product is consistent and the quality is stable.
Tastefog products need to go through about 15 product quality inspection processes before shipping, such as function inspection, airflow inspection, taste inspection, high and low temperature inspection, high-altitude negative pressure inspection, drop inspection, and appearance inspection, etc. To ensure that each product customer get is coming with good function and quality.
We have professional and modern production workshops and experienced employees, which can quickly produce products with guaranteed quality.
Our factory is equipped with advanced testing and inspection machines to ensure product quality. Like high and low temperature testing machine, constant temperature and humidity testing machine, simulated high and low air pressure testing machine, vibration testing machine, resistance airflow testing machine, battery voltage capacity testing machine, etc.
